Staff are always polite and courteous, and they are quick to respond to inquiries and requests for service. Great that the treatments used are non-toxic (except to insects) and safe for the environment.

I had quite a large bee nest in my soffit and through to my kitchen ceiling. Drew from Arkadia came out right on time. Texted prior to arrival. Explained everything he would do. Listened to my concerns as well And no more bees!
