We left Viking Pest Control and switched to Arkadia for 2 reasons:

1. Price. Viking lantern fly treatment $500. Arcadia $20. Yes.

2. Arkadia is a very Green company which is important because i plant pollinator gardens, grow my own food and feed birds etc.

If this changes we will seek another company, but so far we are very very happy! Good customer service each time we call.

The people from Arkadia were polite and accommodating with time and service. The service tech was on time and explained everything fully. He was courteous and timely. Our ant problem was taken care of immediately.

We called Arkadia because we have several bird nests in the corners of our house. They explained that since we were having our roof replaced we should do that before hiring them and we might not need their services. This is the company you always hoped you could find. They are committed to doing the best possible job at an extremely fair price and never doing unnecessary things to increase the bill. I would hire them and or recommend them without reservation. This is a company with integrity and the highest level of competence you will ever find.
